Johann van der Westhuizen
Johann's 17 year career has seen him combine entrepreneurship, strategic abilities and functional knowledge in information technology and engineering to achieve visionary results.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of
Pretoria. During his career he's co-founded a spatial technology company,
delivering projects in elections, utilities and transport infrastructure, traffic modeling and logistics management.
Later he went on to be a founding member of e-Logics and four years on, was appointed as Managing Director.
Andreas has brought extensive global expertise to the e-Logics
team, since joining in 2004, with 25 years of successful technology product development
experience. He has a BsC in Computer Science degree from the University of Pretoria.
Developing his career as the Technical Lead in developing and deploying global mainstream software products in multi-national corporations operating in Africa. He
contributed to e-Logics with the development Rapid Application Development (RAD) framework. Andreas is
now also responsible for product development and project management across all industries.
Alwyn has 20 years of experience in developing and managing systems and software solutions in transportation and logistics.
He holds an Honours in Computer Science and PHD in Industrial Systems. With extensive systems application knowledge and an inherent sense of how best to match a business’ needs with the appropriate technological solution, Alwyn is a strategic kingpin in the e-Logics team. He has also been instrumental in the development of the company's Rapid Application Development (RAD) framework. Alwyn
now works vertically across the company’s range of solutions, supporting the design, development and lifecycle of new products.
Jackie van der Westhuizen
Director: Business Development
Jackie’s 15 years of experience in transportation and logistics asset management and innate ability to build exceptional client relationships puts him at the forefront of securing new business for e-Logics.
He is currently completing his Masters in Civil Engineering
(Transportation) and has published and presented numerous papers
internationally. Being highly skilled in overhauling and improving the performance of physical assets, he is a –thought leader in enterprise re-engineering. Having worked in the United States and various African countries, Jackie’s understanding of diverse environments combined with his analytical prowess gives him an iron grasp on strategically aligned delivery.
As Financial Director of the IMPERIAL Logistics Integration Services division Modise, a qualified Chartered Accountant contributes a wealth of finance, accounting, taxation and portfolio management expertise to e-Logics executive team. He has over nine years of experience in Property Asset Management, Financial and Management Accounting.

He holds a B Eng (Hons) Industrial Engineering, B Com (Hons) Business
Logistics and CSCP (SAPICS. His understanding of the business context across industries, combined with his ability to pinpoint the best solution makes him a natural leader for e-Logics in its focus on creating the difference for clients. Cobus has served on the Board of Directors for the Association for Operations Management of Southern Africa (SAPICS),
